| Description | PCR was carried out using primers specific for genus Lactobacillkus and Bifidobacterium. Purified DNA of Bifidobacterium bifidum, B. longum, B. adolescentis, B. breve and Lactobacillus acidophilus was used for amplification of specific PCR products. |
