| Description | We evaluated 50 patients with newly diagnosed essential hypertension mean age 39 +- 10 years before and after the 3months of treatment with 20mg betaxolol hydrochloride once daily. Blood pressure measurement using 24hour ABPM and mercury sphygmomanometer according to the WHO criteria. Conclusions: It was demonstrated 24hour effect of betaxolol hydrochloride by use once daily. |
