Description | To reveal possible association of nearby pro-inflammatory genes located within the MHC class III region with susceptibility to sarcoidosis or clinical course of the disease, two common polymorphisms of tumour necrosis factor (TNF) alpha and lymphotoxin (LT) alpha genes were investigated. |
