| Description | Altogether twenty species of leaf mining flies were recorded on cereals in the Czech Republic. Survey of species detected in barley and wheat with help of sweeping method during the period 1995-1997, graph of seasonal changes of abundance of selected species in barley and list of all recorded cases of damaged barley crops during 1995-1997 are documented. Three photographs of typical damage on barley leaves are attached. Plant protection product Decis EW 50 in dose 0,1-0,15 l/ha was registered for protection of cereals against leaf mining flies in 1997. |
