| Description | The textbook comprehensively elaborates land law in the Czech republic. There are resolved legal problems relating to types of landed estate, land planning, landed property, positive prescription, easements, illegal construction, lien, expropriation of immovable assets and land registry within the general part of the textbook. The special part includes legal regulation of: agricultural land resources, land arrangements, forest land, land serving to the purpose of the management of water supplies, land and mineral resources, land serving to the purpose of transport, land occurring in the nature and the landscape. |
