Whilst real incomes and constantly growing number of less qualified people status stagnate or even decrease or optionally these people are losing their jobs, incomes, generally social status of top managers and other qualified specialists reaches extremely high level. This fact should be reflected in the higher education preparation of specialists in economics and management. Attention should be devoted especially to the develpment of humanity based management. |
