| Description | The multi-year budget is one of the instruments which is enforced form improvement of financial management on a local level. The multi-year budget brings the long-term view into decision making process about targets of local spendings and defines basic rules form municipality financial management. The article defines keystones of multi-year budgeting and advice of some specifics and problems questions in connection with implementation of this instrument in the municipality budget practice in the Czech republic. |
