Description | Acne vulgaris is a disease induced from multifactorial reasons affecting the pilosebaceous units in special predilection. For clinical manifestations four basic processes are responsible: increase of sebum production due to androgenic stimulation of sebaceous glands, retention hyperkeratosis in folicles, microbial flora composition, inflammatory reactions. |
