Description The study critically examines the amendments of the Constitutional Court Act 1993 (2004) that regulates newly the institute of the constitutional complaint in the relation to ordinary remedial procedures and extraordinary ones. The amendments further quite new regulates the procedure concerning the abolishment of some legal enactment if an international court finds that an obligation resulting for the Czech Republic from an international treaty has been infringed by the encroachment of a public authority and if such infringement was based on a legal enactment in force. Especially is examined the new possibility of the petition for rehearing the criminal case before the Constitutional Court.
