| Description | In this article I treat the topic of relation of the state to religious minorities (especially new religious movements). I point out some biases embodied in the new law of the churches and religious groupings which originate in the argumentation of the anti-cult movements. I try to point out that better approach to new religions is one analogica to the approach to other minorities. To view these groups as a priory dangerous subjects is useless and dangerous in itself. |
