Description | The article contains the comparison of organizational culture perceiving of top, middle-level and low-level management. The comparison is based on the results of two empirical researches - "The role of organizational culture in strategic management" (which was carried out at the Business and Management Faculty of BUT) and the grant project 402/02/0114 "Organizational culture of Czech companies". |
