| Description | The radiological results of two patients groups, managed for symptomatic lumbar isthmic or degenerative spondylolisthesis were evaluated in prospective randomised study. PLIF (posterior lumbar interbody fusion) or ALIF (anterior lumbar interbody fusion) technique was always completed by transpedicular fixation and fusion. Evaluated were the slip and slip angle. Both methods of combined 360 degree fusion (ALIF group - 30 persons or PLIF group - 30 persons) bring good radiological results. |
