| Description | The paper specifies basic theoretical approaches to the corporate governnce. It describes partickular governance models in use and the main viewpoints of its usability in regard to the character of company, its objectives and requirements on its members abstracted from the particular model. It calls in question the desirable and real role of regulation of the corporate governance by law and ethics codes in comparison with its self-regulation. |
