Description | The paper presents a part of results of extensive research project aimed at organizational culture of Czech manufacturing companies. The objective of this study was to ascertain the relationship between content components of organizational culture identified on the level of organizational values and norms of behaviour. The research data were analysed by means of factor and correlation analysis. The survey was carried out on the sample of 74 Czech manufacturing companies, the sample consisted of 467 members of top, middle-level and low-level management. |
