Description | Material consisting of substrate IN100 and protective coating involving elements NiAlCrCoY was studied after testing in the TGMF apparatus and another set of samples was studied after annealing at the temperatures 770-1100 C and 24 hours without the mechanical load. Final microstructure, phase ratios and their chemical compositions were investigated by means of scanning and transmission electron microscopy (SEM, TEM). The microstructure changes were explained on the base of theoretical calculations of phase diagrams for the systems under investigation using software package ThermoCalc for calculations of phase equilibria. |
