| Description | The article deals with the role of business incubators in development of innovations. Especially from 2004 in the Czech Republic a lot of incubators have been found. Unfortunately, only small part of them is oriented to innovation firms. This contribution deals with the role of business incubator, with their functioning and financing. As well as criteria which can be used to assessment of short-term and long term contributions of incubators are suggested. The article contains also list of existing Czech incubators and incubators supported from structural funds. |
