Description | The actual discussion about the spontaneous development of forests in the Czech Republic represents only one version of the large topic of so-called wilderness. Forest management and nature conservation are usually domains of the nature scientists. The distance of social studies from the practice of the conservation management gives the chance to recover nonreflected aspects of this phenomen. The paper tries to find out the motivation base of the different views of the forest conservation. Author suggests wildness as the common reason for the interest in the spontaneous processes. |
