| Description | The important role in gaining in significance and spreading of e-learning plays at Masaryk university the e-technicians. They are available at every faculty and cooperate with teachers there and propose solutions meeting teachers’ requirements, instruct teachers in the use of IS MU, answer teachers’ questions, answer students’ questions (chiefly the technical ones so that their teachers do not need to do so), provide technical assistance during the examination stages or mediate the contact between users and development team. |
