| Description | There is briefly characterised the epoch, which we live in, in the paper, particularly with the emphasis on interference of globalisation and fragmentarisation, postmodern relativism and call for clearly formulated lifestyle projects, wide range of offered opportunities and attractions on one side and ignorance of right choice criteria on the other side, proclaiming freedom and media manipulation etc. The author presents an overview of challenges that the situation of the epoch gives to academic psychology and that gives to particular branches of psychological praxis (especially counselling, psychotherapy, education programs for managers and other specialists working with people)? |
