| Description | Where gymnastics and combatives meet there is a space for gymnastics with elements of combatives. These days this has become very popular and a definite growth area. It is needed to differentiate between aim in the combatives and in the gymnastics, despite the same techniques. Instructors training in aerobics and fitness should include practice of right combative techniques. |
