| Description | This contributions is evaluating so called direct effect of the WTO law from the ECJ case law perspective, in particular cases - Nakajima, Fediol, Dior, Hermes and Assco. Even thought the direct effect was not fully accepted by the ECJ one can easily talk about the "indirect effect" of the WTO law and further developments in this respect are to be expected. |
