| Description | Maybe every parties to public procurement contracts criticize a current state of public procurement evaluation. It is spoken about non-transparent public procurement assignment and public procurement evaluation too. Many studies which demonstrate non-effecitiveness of public finance are elaborated (Supreme Audit Office, Transparency International, etc.). The aim of this paper is to show possibilities of cost criteria in more transparent evaluation of public procurements and then more efficiency using of public finance. |
