Description | Physical condition of individuals is primarily limited by their genotype. One of genes influencing fundamentally physical ability of individuals is ACE gene. At present, we can recognise the type of inherited gene at concrete individual and then define with a high level of accuracy if it is within the compass of this individual to reach a peak in the long-distance sport disciplines as a result of an intensive training, or if this training is only redundant load without any expected effect. Due to these facts, these tests should help parents, teachers and coaches to recognise where are the bounds of possibility of concrete individuals not to put them to the pointless stress. |
