| Description | Continental conception of elements of crime is based on German dogmatic doctrine. The draft of new criminal code of the Czech Republic is based on traditional Czech system of main and qualified or priviledged type of crimes. When deleting material element of crime the legislator tried to precise and make more detailed each crime substance. |
