Description | We are exploring falling techniques in competetive combat sports. The main source are refereeing rules, that determine using of falling techniques in competition. Sport rules determine, that only who can throw his oponnent can be winner. Falling techniques is only secundary motor skills for them. Combat sports are practising on soft and elastic surface. It is for better injury prevention; on other hand, sportsmen can fall in manner that would cause injury in real. Propper falling technique according to both empiric traditional and todays biomechanical principles means to loss. In sport motor skills evolution we can see new falling techniques, which intentionaly leads sportsmen to dangerous positions. |
