| Description | The article is devoted to results of empirical research, that was concerned in effect of quality increase and procedure instruments in public administration (e. g. CAF, ISO, BSC, benchmarking, etc.) on public finance management. It is essential to be aware of impact of this instruments not only on work quality and quality of service, but also on financial provision of organizations, in this sence of municipalities. The research ground was the questionaire designed for membership municipalities of The National Network of Well-balanced Municipalities in The Czech Republic (NSZM), that have perennial experience in some of this instruments. The aim of research was educing conclusions from obtained information about positive impact of this instruments on public finance management of the Czech municipalities. |
