| Description | The contribution deals with the act of community law - Regulation creating a European Order for Payment. The purpose of European Order for Payment is to simplify, speed up and reduce the costs of litigation in cross-border cases concerning uncontested pecuniary claims and to permit the free circulation of European Order for Payment throughout the Member States. The aim of the cotribution is to analyse the Regulation and to compare it to the Czech regulation of order for payment. |
