| Description | The article deals with the concept of the battle of the forms in international commerce. The parties of a contract often use standard ways of making contracts. The most common of these ways are standard terms. The battle of the forms arises if the parties of the contract use their own terms each and the terms contradict. The article analyse the possible solutions of the battle of the forms, the realtion of Vienna Convention and Principles UNIDROIT to the battle of the forms and practical examples of solving of this problem. |
