| Description | The paper Proprietary and their relation to company presents results of a primary analysis of data gained from an empirical investigation of 432 companies. The data related to ownership company structure are analysed. The companies are divided into 21 types of the ownership structure derived on the base of typical combinations of the size of main owners. The paper also presents results in the area of company management and its material and intangible property equipment. |
