Description | The aim of the dissertation is to formulate requirements for content and structure of business /managerial simulation games in light of current changes in social and economical environment. At the same time, the dissertation aims to show how these games can be used as an effective tool of development of human and intellectual capital of companies. The formulation of a general methodology of formation and evaluation of effectiveness of business management games is the most valuable asset of the work in the field of theory. Other valuable gains can be found in the field of management education, too. Results of the research conducted in order to validate the proposed methodology yielded results in the form of assessment of a particular management game – Manahra. These results can be partially generalized. In the field of managerial praxis is, the biggest value can be identified in results of the content analysis of advertisements offering managerial jobs. Results of this research are a reflection of current managerial praxis in the Czech Republic. |
