| Description | Contemporary society offers not only lot of life chances, but also possibilities of professional self-realization. This is not denied to the social workers in most different areas of their professional life. This occurs also in individual tasks of their working duties. Supervision is acording to the act no. 108/2006 Sb. necessary part of reflexion of professional practice. The article offers the view, supervision could be understood as one of ways to the finding of meanigful self-aktualized existence in present world. |
