| Description | The article shows the partial results of the first step of data evaluation in the empirical research of the company s competitiveness within the Research centre of the competitive capacity of the czech economy. These results concern the employees as one of the stakeholder group, be specific the remmuneration of the employees and more concretely the amount of their variable component of the wage. |
