Description | he work with the Automated Legal Texts Processing topic deals with the possibilities, proposes solving of problems connected with the processing, or finds the boundaries of these possibilities. It reduces the law on its written denotation for purposes of the work however under appreciation of this reduction. Object of the research are law acts as a formal source of objective law. The work however also deals with legal texts of individual legal acts in some context. The central term of the topic is the processing. The work understands this expression in a double sense. At first as a synthesis and second as an analysis of legal texts. It understands analysis of legal texts as a process whose entries are legal texts and outputs are law norms expressed by the texts, realized in a usable form for further given purposes of analysis (esp. for needs of automated processing in computer memory by means of artificial computer language). The synthesis is an activity, whose entries may be material sources of law, current law and proposal of a new law, outputs formal sources of law or individual legal acts. It is better to analyzed texts be synthesized automatically for more intelligibility and exactness of automated legal texts analysis. It is also better to texts be analyzed automatically for purposes of an automated synthesis as well. It seems like logical circle but it is a helix in fact in whose every turn is the analysis or synthesis more faultless. The work first focused to analysis of legal texts at first which wasn't in advance synthesized by machine, namely from the look of information science, linguistics, its structure and logic science. From information science point of view it examines essence of database, information and expert systems in 1st. chapter and with them connected concepts of data, information and knowledge. In work was scripted that legal texts presents information which satisfies attributes of knowledge. It is possible to process them using knowledge or expert systems. From the linguistics point of view the work investigates legal texts as texts in special natural language in 2nd chapter. It is more formal than a common language. It is then better analyzable by machine. It detects problems which can with its processing occur and proposes their solving. It describes morphological problems which can be solved using a lemmatization method, homonymy, synonymy and co-reference of pronouns solves largely using automated syntactical or semantical analysis and in the rest using cooperation with user. It advises to create special thesaurus on a basis of synonymy and analogous relationships especially for purposes of automated synthesis of law. |
