Description The law against unfair competition can also be interpreted socio-biologically. Human competitive behaviour is very strongly biologically determined. In order to secure the transmission of our genes to the next generation, nature has provided us with competitive tools and competitive behaviour, in particular of a certain amount of agression and the ability to "act competitively". Competitive behaviour is also a result of the cultural development of humanity that is hugely accelerated by man's imitative behaviour.
