| Description | In her presentation the authoe dealed with the main questions connected with the management of municipalities in the Czech Republic. Because of not very clear definition of non-profit organizations it was necessary to define municipalities as subjects that are thought to be a specific kind of the non-profit organizations. Subsequently the main laws dealing with the management of municipalities and it's control were described. In the presentation there were mentioned the aspects of legal liability and possible sanctions, too. |
