| Description | The paper discusses the new legal regulation of final building approval constituted in the Act No. 183/2006 Coll., on land planning and building regulations, as amended, namely with effect from 1 January 2007. The author pays attention to legal regulation of the building notice or permission with special focus on procedure of these decision-making process. |
