| Description | Intracerebellar tumors account for 15-20% of all brain lesions in adults. In the case of a solitary lesion metastatic process can be considered first. Hemangioblastoma and pilocytic astrocytoma are the frequentis in the case of solitary lesion and brain metastases in the case of multiple lesions. Authors present case report of dysplastic cerebellar gangliocytoma and cerebellar ganglioglioma. Total resection of the tumor is curative treatment. |
