Description | This contribution presents a concept and an analysis of system and functional requirements for a data base management system for neuro-informatics data (NIDB). The basic idea of NIDB is to allow to collect and to interchange a biomedical and associated data among research groups working on several projects in the field of neuro-informatics and HMI. The main aim of NIDB is to collect the output data measured within the projects, to allow to organize and annotate them, to provide arbitrary selected subset of data to further analysis or research and lastly to merge the results with original data. As the research is in progress on several locations, NIDB is designed to work in a distributed environment. |
