| Description | The aim of this study is to assess results of surgical therapy in female patients with clinical diagnoses of unexplained pains in the right hypogastrium. Over 80% of the enquired female patients experienced no further symptoms. The study confirmed positive effects of elective appendectomies in unexplained pains in the right hypogastrium. |
