Description | This article presents the results of research on organizational culture in Czech manufacturing companies, carried out at 54 firms in various sectors of industry. Organizational culture is mapped out on the level of perception and behavior, while on the basis of factor analysis of research data the author presents the content dimension of organizational culture found in Czech manufacturing firms. |
