| Description | Immunohistochemical analysis of COX-2 expression showed significant expression of COX-2 in 52,9 % PanIN lesions and in 80 % pancreatic ductal adenocarcinomas. The results supported the concept of pancreatic cancer progression model and of the role of COX-2 in its oncogenesis. |
