| Description | A new kind of a civil servants education is on the eve in the Czech Republic. The paper presents experience from MPA programme design at authors'institution. An essence of MPA kind of programme is summarized in the first part as well as current opportunities for a supply of educational/training programmes focused on top managers within the public administration. Essential principles used in programme design and provision are described in a part two, including principles of study materials preparation. Brief annotations of modules incorporated in the programme proposal, that are derived from a detailed analysis of international experiences with respect to local specifity, are brought in a final part. |
