Description The principle of so-called special legislation belongs together with command leading principle and principle of union of political party and state to the principles which took the control over the state apparatus of the Third Reich. Separation and exclusion of specific inhabitant groups from social, cultural and political life in the state and denial of parity basis were base on this principle of special legislation. The Nuremberg Laws of September 15, 1935 were typical examples.
