Description | The paper is aimed at the presentation of some partial results of the empirical survey of the Research centre of the Czech economy competitiveness which concern the chosen criteria related to the customer relationship and could belong to the factors of competitiveness. Gained data were analysed in the frame of five clusters deviding companies according financial performance for the years 2001 to 2006 as well as using the ANOVA for three clusters. |
