| Description | This presentation deals with the philosophy and principles of punishment in the bill of new Criminal Code. The authors shows two basic tacks. On the one hand there is a tendency to alternative sanstions, on the second hand in cases of the most serious crimes the bill makes punishment more restrictive. The aim of this article is to refer to the concept of sentencing by means of selected provisions and evaluate it. |
