| Description | Publication "Legal Sanctions: Theoretical and Practical Aspects in Poland and the Czech Republic" introduces and explains legal sanctions from the theoretical (and some practical) point of view. This work may be seen as a large breakthrough because it involves the issue of sanctions within almost all the most important legal branches within the Czech and Polish law. It was managed to ensure the participation of more than sixty co-authors - specialists both from the Czech Masaryk University and Polish University of Białystok. The monograph was edited by Mariusz Popławski (UwB, Poland) and Dana Šramková (MU, The Czech Republic). |
