| Description | The article deals first of all the basics of allowance organizations and why are they mentioned to be already obsolete form of so called non-profit subjects. It continues with the definition of so called public institution and introduces so called non-profit subjects as a property subjects sui generis, too. The article critically judges contemporary progress of legal regulation in given area. At the end, the essentials for further transformation process in given area are pointed out. |
