| Description | The contribution deals with the protection of persons with disabilities according to the Act. n. 262/2006 Coll, Labour Code, as amended. It is based on the right to special working conditions and the right to increased protection in labour relations for persons with health problems in the Charter of Fundamental Rights and Freedoms that is a part of the constitutional order of the Czech Republic. It defines the group of persons considered as persons with disabilities according to labour law regulations who are thus entitled to special protection. It analyses special provisions relating to these persons with respect to proposal for amendment of the Labour Code. Particular attention is dedicated to minimum standards of remuneration for fully invalidity pensions beneficiaries and partial invalidity pensions beneficiaries regulated by the institutes of minimum wage and guaranteed wage |
