| Description | The contribution deals with possibilities of using the deconstruction, as a method by mean of that we can find the law. It covers not only the question of anything goes, which is partly contradicted by deconstruction, but also follows the terms tradition or apparent naturalness, that have the potentiality to cover clear essence of law. The deconstruction tries to disclose the law in its pure form without any justifying components. |
