| Description | The contribution deals with the EC law regulating discrimination based on disability. It is divided into three main parts. The first part is dedicated to the primary law which is the legal base for adoption of secondary legislation, the second part focuses on the secondary law regulating disability based discrimination and the third part analyses the interpretation of the notion of disability in the case law of the European Court of Justice. |
